Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We know it's hard to wait! That's why we offer a number of different shipping methods and prices depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered. Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed for our warehouse to fulfill and ship your order.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Good news! Shipping is FREE. You can also get FREE shipping when you sign up to become VIP Credit Cardholder! Otherwise, shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose and value of your order. Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. See below chart of shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.  Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays withing the United States.

Please note:

Delivery times will vary based on the date and time your order is placed, the amount of time needed to securely package and ship your order, and your preferred shipping method.

• Sometimes there is a delay in the rush hours .

• For customized clothes, such as wedding dress, we will have a faster express---DHL, which will arrive in about 7 days . you may need to pay another 10-15 dollars for the freight, or  may not need it. If DHL is needed, please contact us for the specific information :sales@shinth.com
